Is a nipple tree a good gift for a 19 yr old male?

my buddy is a boob fanatic! he loves boobs, nipples, so how tacky would a nipple tree be as a gift? its a plastic tree with nipples on all the branches. there is a variety of white nipples, black nipples, asian nipples, etc, on different branches so there is a certain type for the mood he's in! there are even lactating ones but that is an optional feature. is this seriously twisted or a good idea for a man that loves boobs and nipples?
