You can knock off about 5 years because your body hasn't been absorbing punches or pivots and bounce on your toes for year. The impact of throwing a punch is jaring to your body as well.
You a probably too old for pro still unless you have the time and money to put into it. I started late myself but was able to train 3hrs a day with one of the top trainers in the business for a year...got a belt for a 10-round smoker fight but eventually had to stop to care for my bf's frail mom. That said, there is nothing like being in the squared circle. Follow your Passion: never be afraid to aim for the moon because even if you miss you will land among the stars.
