That must've been seriouly worrisome. I can totally understand how grievous the situation is for you and your dog. Have you sent her to vet and how is she fared now? I hope everything is going well.
No the situation is not good, the tumor has made eating, barking very difficult . It is difficult to surgically remove the tumor and chemo is horrible. The vet is treating her by giving her bronchodilators.
Is 2020 sucks to you?
