If you feel you're inadequate for whatever reason, then your body language is going to show it and everyone will see your lack of confidence. Your lack of confidence in yourself is going to snowball into huge insecurities that's going to make your social/dating life very hard.
If a woman really likes you, they aren't going to care about your height or weight, but see the person you are. If you can live happily with what you got, then women will see that and love that about you.
