Yes, I would. It is called helping others without gaining anything for yourself. Something a self admitted narcissist like yourself would know nothing about.
The urge to help comes from feeling, every action is linked to emotion. You may not be consciously aware of it, but that is irrelevant.
If you consider obligation a feeling... fine based on feelings but not always positive, to make you feel good (which is what the post was about).
