    By regulated I mean that you can't find any porn apps or even a drug app I've seen on apples app store. It's sort of moderated by apple where android is open sourced which is both a selling point and a flaw.

      How is that a flaw? If I want porn/drug apps why shouldn't I be allowed to download them? :P
