Internship has nothing to do with hazing and anyone doing so is probably not a real legit business. So please report them. Also you are wrong about internships. Many internships are paid and some are not. A paid internship could be considered "On the job" training. Hazing happens in college and in high-school and its often students hosting clubs not employers looking for interns. Its also said that students who do paid Internships are more likely to get work than people with unpaid internships.
