      How is it defined? By not giving opportunity to certain individuals based on race?

      I'd argue that will never fully go away.

        It manifests in many ways to many for me to even contemplate. And I would agree that as long ad there are ppl there will be racism and other forms of discrimination. Its truly unfortunate but impossible to eradicate.
