See a shrink seriously this is probably an emotional/mental problem. Not saying there's anything wrong with you, it's just that maybe some emotional need or something along those lines you aren't aware of that you need,
A few years ago I read about a woman who always had the hardest time climaxing, she said in her entire life until she was like 24 she only had 4 orgasms from sex (she was able to do it herself through masturbation). She said one time when she was with a guy he made her beg and take a submissive role during sex, she said she'd never done it before and didn't want to but she went along with it and had the most intense orgasm of her life, from then on she knew what she needed.
Your need may not be the same as hers but the root of your problem may very well be a sexual need, you don't even know exists is going unsatisfied.
