Decent men do exist... and I'll admit that they can be hard to find.
Find some activity or interest group and start to participate. Likely some guys will be part of that... and you will find one that you get along well enough to attract the emotional and physical care that you need.
I'm always open for coffee from someone in my area. Hugs are natural for the right person. I'm selective beyond that (and I'm likely much older than you).
I like to think there are a lot of decent men open to the same thing most anywhere. I'd like to believe that if you are positive and active in something that you will meet them.

Your advice is the best I've ever gotten on this site. I didn't get any sleep last night, as I just moved back to my hometown and I have to be quaratined for fourteen days. I can't see my family or anyone until that time is up. I was scrolling through INN and I saw your comment. To be honest with you, I cried, lol. And it wasn't because I was sad, it was because it was the most endearing, helpful, comment i've ever received. So, thank you. Thank you so much.

You may wish to start doing some research on what you are interested in and activity groups in your area.
Do you like museums, Parks, Hiking, Bicycle riding, Motor bike riding, Cars, Boats, Water-skiing, horseshoes, and about 5000 other things.
Perhaps you like looking at the night sky and looking at planets, stars, clusters, etc in the sky at night. Lots of astronomy groups. Tend to be highly male... and most of them appreciate looking at heavenly bodies... here on earth as long as they have a great attitude.
You might wish to focus on activities that have a higher % of men in them (not many men in the crochet or quilting clubs).
I wish you the best. You have a great life of laughter loving and living life ahead of you...
