well , mainly as the tittle says ,INN if i have sex of masterbate that my balls get cold?
my manlyhood will be all warm and hard.... but my balls will be cold you can just feel it with youre hands... dnno if its just me , or do i need so see a doctor?

    Doctors say the ball sac needs to be cold. If it gets hot it kills sperm. that's why it hangs in a sac between your legs! men with low sperm count usually where really tight pants that keeps it up close to the body killing sperm.

    You don't need to see a doctor. The scrotum needs to stay a certain temperature to keep the sperm alive. That's why sometimes your testicles hang low or bunch up tightly
