Inflatable shoes

When I was around 10 years old, me and my parents attended one of my cousin's sweet 16 party. It was booked in a fairly large venue. There was a dance floor with a dj and there was even a chocolate fountain. There was a point in the night where the dj held a competition where groups of two people would all go on the dancefloor and both people had to keep repeatedly hop on one leg and if either person falls, the group is eliminated. Last team hopping was declared the winner. My cousin chose me as their partner and we ended up winning the whole thing. What I didn't know was the dj had prizes. I forgot what my cousin won but I remember the dj offering my an ipod. Being the young little kid I was, I didn't realize how awesome an ipod would've been so I was upset. I thought of it as a boring older people device and didn't want it. So the dj took it back and gave me some inflatable shoes as a prize instead. My cousin said she wanted to have one of the shoes, but I said no because I think it's stupid to have just one shoe. However, it was her party and my parents said I need to learn to share. So she took one of the shoes. I was pissed because I was just walking around with one damn shoe and it sucked. The anger built up as the night went on and eventually, I lost control. I started by kicking over all the chairs with the shoe and an intentionally loud manner for attention. But the workers there just kept putting them back up. So when I saw them fix the chairs, I would kick them back down while making eye contact with them. My cousin saw what I was doing and as punishment, took my other shoe from me. I later got revenge by popping both of them with a fork. I never forgave her after that day. Is it normal to get upset at your cousin?
