Increasing rash but no itching

Hello I am a bit worried about my many new symptoms. Wondering if its worth paying a doctor to check it or if it might just be covid and I can rest at home...
It started 4 weeks ago with me being exhausted everyday. Then my eyes started reacting to eye makeup ive always used. My eyelids swell and get red and itchy/burning. I stopped wearing eye makeup so ive been fine until Wednesday this week. I was in the shower and saw my stomach is full of tiny red spots. The spots are light red and almost entirely flat, while some are bright red and flat. I have one large red spot under my left boob but the rest are tiny. The spots are also on my back and a few on my thighs. They do not itch or cause any discomfort. Havent used any new detergent and I have no known allergies. Since Wednesday the rash have only increased with more red spots. My entire stomach now looks like a starry sky to put it nicely.
Then last night it started burning like crazy when I peed. It burned this morning too but now it has stopped. My left eye hurts a lot though and this time not the eyelid but the actual eye. It feels like I have a blister in my eye or something else but I cant see anything in it so its possibly just dry. My throat is a bit sore today too. However my rash is still causing zero discomfort and I have no fever or other "serious" symptoms. Some headache but I very often have headaches so I dont count that as a symptom.
My family suspects covid. My mother got a rash when she had covid so it could be possible but I am not convinced because I have none of the classic corona symptoms.
I never had chickenpox as a child but I take it a chickenpox rash would itch. Any ideas why im getting so many red spots and all? I dont spend a lot of time with other people even, that is how ive been able to avoid covid easily.

You might have more than one issue here.

You could have a UTI. If you have one it can spread to your kidneys. It may be the reason you have rashes.

Covid could also be a possibility with the rashes since you said your mom had rashes when she got it. As for the classic symptoms of covid: some people don't get them. I've got covid right now and I don't have any signs that I'm sick.

There's also another possibility with the blistery rashes. I'm not trying to scare you with any of this but it could be a possible bug infestation. That happened to me once and it was awful. Exposure to mold can also cause it. I once had that issue. Both experiences were costly to get rid of. Check your sheets and bed for bugs and check your walls for mold.

You should probably get checked out by a doctor no matter what. They can probably give you something to help your body.

    • Bugs sound awful... :( I have a new mattress (bought 2 years ago) but I guess bed bugs could still be possible, I hope not though..
Its a very old apartment this so mold wouldnt be impossible. I'll need to check for that.

You sound like you have 2 different issues (but they might be one).

Likely UTI or STD; and allergies.

See your family Dr about the UTI/STD possibility. You can ask about your skin rashes - and the Dr will likely send you to an allergist for allergy testing.

That is not true unless you live in total isolation and there are no other people on an isolated island that you live on.

While rare... People can pick up STDs without any sexual contact. There are documented cases for almost all known STDs.

Last comment (I promise!). Could you be pregnant? And do you share eye makeup?

I'm really concerned that you said when you urinate you experience burning pain. You could have a bad urine infection that got into your blood that is leading to the rash.
I'd see a doctor asap. You do not want to get sepsis.

    • Hmm well I just got the burning last night and ive had the rash since Wednesday. I'll think about that though, but think I would've had a fever?

You usually do, but not always. The next suggestion (and it really goes with age... if affects the elderly and teens/college age adults more)...is meningitis. I know meningitis can cause a severe, body wide rash. Google some images for meningitis rash. It usually causes a headache. Kidney failure can also cause rashes. Has it been difficult to start urinating?

Your rash is probably something much less serious (hopefully, especially if you are feeling well otherwise). I'm just giving you my two most serious thoughts, not to scare you but make you aware. I'm not a doctor, but I grew up so close to many, that I could be one.

Anyhow, there may be an urgent care center near you like Patient First or Minute Clinic in CVS. That's where I'd start.
