Then you did all you could on this matter. The post is originally about income inequality as it pertains to bitching on the difference on pay because of hierarchical rank in a company.
You are talking about pay inequality as it pertains to the gender wage gap. Something that has been fixed on a grand scale. You are just facing a 1v1 personal pay problem. If the company is deliberately paying you less because of exclusivity gender then you have a case.
