Your problem isn’t that your boss is making more your problem is with other employees getting paid the same. 10.50 per hour so I’m going to assume food service. And your boss is either the head manager or the branch manager. bring it up with your manager and ask if you are getting paid for the extra responsibility.
I'm not getting paid the extra amount. I'm a manager hete and I have substantial experince. I'm not an idiot. My coworker gets paid the same as me with no previous experince and I litterally single handedly run half the store. And have substantial experince in my field. It's not a matter of what my boss makes it's a matter of what a man makes with no experince over a woman with alot who also outtamks said man. And till i get that raise and back pay I'm getting paid less than him. That's not equality. Not in the least bit
dont make a post bout a matter if you arnt willing to hear about cases on said matter. i am i litterly just sent an inquiry to a lawyeres office. and its slow season where i live. the fact hat i have full time is a blessing right now. like it or not im better off then quiting
Then you did all you could on this matter. The post is originally about income inequality as it pertains to bitching on the difference on pay because of hierarchical rank in a company.
You are talking about pay inequality as it pertains to the gender wage gap. Something that has been fixed on a grand scale. You are just facing a 1v1 personal pay problem. If the company is deliberately paying you less because of exclusivity gender then you have a case.
Income inequality isn’t a real issue

You can work to the level of your pay if you can't quit. Do the same amount/level of work as the inexperienced coworker until you are compensated.

Haha great way to get fired. Besides I'm to passionate about doing s good job. I'll just step up my game in the grief I give my boss.
Or that too
Then quit then, find a job willing to pay you for your experience. If not then find a way to sort it out. These kinds of things happen, c’est la vie.
