Cannot really pick just one but here are two that come to mind immediately -

Nickelback. They are what is wrong with rock music these days.
They are the musical equivalent of getting a kiss from your Aunt Gertrude. Just like annoying as all hell.

Rag n bones - some fat ass hipster with a bunch of tattoos. Trailer trash looking type. Sings that stupid "I'm only human".

Folks, I love threads like this. The best part is getting to laugh at some of the sucky bands listed. At least they are good for a laugh.

Those online upper-class metrosexual hipsters who do nothing but play hundreds of acoustic covers merely for followers on Instagram. You can add Soundcloud rappers on top of that too.

Nikki Minaj. Technically she's a rapper, but her stuff is sh*t.

Blood On The Dance Floor. Their lyrics are terrible but hilarious.

I once watched part of a video by the Residents on YouTube, and OMG it sucked more ass than anything I had ever heard in my life!

I don't like the sex pistols, never heard of Dave Matthews band, but I do hate the Pet shop boys. Very boring and annoying songs, way too overplayed by radio stations and all of their songs are long.

BTW: I like how you say bands, cause if it's worst in music, that would be pretty much every "singer" nowadays.

Dave Matthews somehow used to get clumped in with the hard rock/alternative category. They are more similar though to Pearl Jam or maybe tom Petty. In other words, very bland. Nothing to jump out of your seat for.

Pet shop boys - something about them screams "Trying too hard". yeah, they suck. Luckily around here, they are one of those forgotten bands.

If we're talking boring, my wife is a Kraftwerk fan. Some of their stuff is so monumentally boring that they make the Pet Shop Boys sound like Def Leppard in comparison.

Their music sounds like the type of thing people in the 50s thought we'd listen to in the future, in our flying cars, going home to our flying homes and our robotic maids...

It's the garbage George Jetson listens to when he has a bit too much rocket fuel to drink.

The Sex Pistols: a bunch of belligerent, big-mouthed, addle-brained, low-talent wankers in a band manufactured, manipulated, and remorselessly marketed by Malcolm McLaren as part of his endless pursuit of his own fame and profit.

I kinda see what ya mean. But it was Punk Rock. As much as I'd like to say that I prefer the Ramones or The Stooges, it still doesn't get anymore Punk than The Sex Pistols and "Nevermind The Bollocks". The only sad thing was the moment they brought Sid in the band, marked the beginning of the end. That was they're only true loss in my opinion.

And I think people tend to blow the Malcolm thing way out of proportion. It's nothing but a classic "Daddy Big Bucks" tale retold in Punk fashion.

"Corrupted Businessman"... "Serial Killer"... gimme a break already.

As much as I like My Chemical Romance, Gerard Way sometimes sounded terrible singing live. XD
