There is never going to be a good time to have kids and you can't just schedule them in because once they're in your life, scheduling and planning things almost goes out of the window completely. I had my first child at 20 and am expecting another one soon but I think that you should at least get out of the teenage years because you may not see why you NEED to step up to the responsibility of not solely focusing on yourself. If you wait until your 30's your eggs decrease and it's harder to get pregnant. Plus it's more likely that having a child WILL complicate your 'scheduling and plans', and you may not be willing to accept the responsibility at that time either. You have to accept that while you are raising children some aspect of your time will have to be sacrificed.
