Their really is no best time. The time will be when God decides it's time for you. I don't consider going out there at a young age and trying and thinking hell if God wants me to he will or not, but if you do have one very young it's ok, it was gods wish. And if you have one when your 80, hey lucky you, it was all part of God's will. Their really is no best age. Take it from experience had my first at 14 and second at 16.
