i think 21-25 to be mother and 30-35 to be a father because women grow up so fast and at age 21-25 they can be able to have kids without any health troubles. for men 30-35 because of life ...to have a house , money, job ..exc..
for woman in age of 21-25 she will be in her top :beauty,strength,mind and it will be better for her to marry someone who is older than her about 12 or 15 years !! yes
because if she get married in age of 24 her men would be in 36 when she turn up 40 she will be not beautiful as before ...and he will be 52 so she will trick him because he will always see her beautiful and young.
but if woman get married of man who is the same as her age ..when they turn up 40 she will get old in his eyes while he will become even sexy and cool and he will get sick oh his sick old woman so he will look for younger women.
