Imagining the negative future

Is it normal for me to always imagine the future by visualizing a scene involving me and others with a pessimistic mindset when I'm alone? Every time I do this, I'll break out in tears and it's because I think about these stuff! I only do this when I feel lonely and I'll be staring into blank space with a scenario in my head. These scenarios are always against me and hurt me emotionally. So.. is this normal? Is anyone else like that? Or perhaps, is there a mental illness for this?

Thanks much.

You are paranoid. Maybe even a paranoid schizophrenic. Good for you. I am in the DSM4 group too...suck a cock, my suggestion to all guys who are lonely.

It's normal when you are lonely or missing someone. Or if you are like me and you get scared for no reason sometimes. Or maybe your intuition is telling you that something might happend. Dont worry being pessimstic is ok

I don't know...I do this when I'm alone too. The breaking out in tears bit as well.
I think it could be related to insecurities that you have deep down. When You feeling lonely etc. they surface in that form.
