Did you really just send me four different sources to the same singular situation? Speaking about low IQ I think we found the inverse of your source, someone too low IQ to be a cop. Just one source for the same story would do, champ.
You do realize this isn't exclusively a law enforcement thing, right? People are routinely denied jobs if they show higher qualifications than the job requires. The reason for this is one they actually explain, that the higher the qualifications the higher the chance the person isn't going to be sticking around so they choose to have those that are more dependent on the job as much as the job is dependent on them. It's definitely a subject to be talked about but you certainly ain't got the credibility to be involved in that type of conversation.
im worried about the protests

Well I guess we now know why you hate cops so much, you clearly tried to be one and didn't qualify.

Yeah, I totally have a chip on my shoulder and an inferiority complex that can only be satisfied by forcing my authority on other people.
Oh wait, courts have been upholding this for decades

Thank god you're the judge of credibility. Yeah, it happens all the time. There are a lot more articles out there, these are spread out over time.
Obviously giving weapons and blanket authority to use them is best suited to people with low IQs.
