        Don't excuse your consumption of pornography by blaming it on a lack of companionship. You're using a drug that manipulates the evolutionary circuitry in your brain and stimulates endogenous chemicals. Take responsibility for it and accept that is what is going on, and it might become easier for you to use less of it over time. A lack of porn in your life will make you feel more relaxed, physically stronger, and more social.
