This is just me... But you need to get out of you're own head. Calm down. Learn to go with the flow, just a little. Let go just a little. People are easy to talk to, generally. Lol. Most people are somewhat friendly. And who says he's out of your league? I hate that phrase. What about him makes him better than you or more worthy?
What you need to do in your everyday life is embrace how it felt to talk to him and feel confident. People respond to confidence. The fact that you didn't think he should be talking to you in the first place gave you confidence to be outgoing in that instance. You need to capture that and embrace it. And the go with the flow part is knowing things like yes you will meet the right person, yes it will feel right, yes you will be happy, no it's not strange to be having anxiety about where you're at in life. You've put so much pressure on being normal. You are who you are and that's great! Stop worrying so much and enjoy your twenties before it's gone. Good luck. ;)
