    Has California seceded from the union?

    Or has Trump signed an Executive Order kicking it out? I could see him doing that, but only after he used other people's money to acquire every flag manufacturing firm in the country, and imposed 1000% tariffs on imported American flags.

      I would say California is no longer succeeding by being a part of the Union.
