Im paranoid about everything

I get really panicky and paranoid when go outside, I always think that once I step out of my front door, I'll die from too much air or millions of birds sh*tting at me or a school bus filled with sex-crazed teenagers will come and rape me.

Being paranoid is by definition pretty much not normal. It's an adjective for deviant behavior.

  • I'm a "never say never" kind if guy, but I think you have a small tendency to exaggerate what could actually happen.

I don't suffer from that sort of paranoia, I suffer from worrying about if I have a disease or sickness. But, I've kind of outgrown that. That sounds like Severe Anxiety, you might want to talk to someone. You obviously are not comfortable or maybe even fear your current environment. No one should have that kind of paranoia to their surroundings.

Same, honey. I feel paranoid whenever I leave the house, or for a fact, in my house. Whenever people look at me or talk while looking my way, I feel so paranoid and bad, it really affects my life.

I think you've watched to many movies. Haha. Get outside, fresh air, bright sun. Enjoy life because guess what? You only get one shot at it. As for the previous commentor, I'm more of a 'giving up doesn't always mean you're weak, sometimes it just means you're strong enough to let go' kinda person. Lol. Maybe you, poster, are strong enough to let go of your paranoid and anxious self. Forget what might happen, focus on what is happening. Hey, don't look too far ahead, look in front of you, there's always something to see. :D I hope I helped
