Boo eh hoo. If said other person, in hypothetical imagined world you have devised, has the might to toss anyone off a cliff, they can. Might makes right. Has been done that way throughout all of history. Baboons do the same. As do wolves and hamsters. They don't discuss first. Alpha decides rights.
Maybe in this hypothetical scenario I will jump off the cliff then pull my parachute for the ultimate BASE jumperoo. I was prepared.
