    Think that's bad? Have you ever read about the garbage that took place in the former Yugoslavia? I shudder! Looks like we have to face it that humans are tribal, possessive, competitive, and stupid. Life itself is stupid. Its all an experiment, or a comedic drama? What do you think?

    I'm reminded of Waiting For Godot. Lots of loons. GypsySailor, have you escaped the overpopulated mess for a sea voyage? Peaceful aquatic tranquility. No humans for miles (except their damn ocean pollution beneath!).

        Sailor, you are enjoying temporary denial of the inevitability that crap happens. I'm happy that you are happy for the moment. Clearly, your serotonin is way up. Awesome. Yes, life is a grand gift, sometimes. But, that's surely not life's default pattern. Nope. I contend life is stupid. It surely starts out stupid, or we would have no requirement for learning how to adapt to our environment as we go along. I'm not all for this experiment though. There, done. Have a marvelous day!
