    You're not a monster for cheating on your wife. I believe you can have sex with other people and still love your wife. You dont love that other woman you had sex with.     if you want to stay with your wife and stop your activities, I'd suggest mental exercises and self hypnosis, I've found it to be remarkably effect in dealing with a wide variety of issues.

    If you want to keep your wife and not stop, try to get her into 3ways.

    If you don't want to be married, tell her the truth and get a divorce, just don't fuck her over, give what she deserves when she leaves, since you've already literally been fucking her over.

        Different things but basically, Imagine yourself literally reaching inside your mind, grabbing a hold of the bad thoughts and desires you have and then throwing them away.
        Think about that regularly, and couple it with physical actions to reinforce it, like next time they throw a party the you should make a point to keep a certain amount a distance between yourself and the other women.

To reinforce this one you should make a point of looking at your wife more often, and make sure every time you do you consciously remind yourself to smile while looking at her. This will retrain your brain to love her more, and make the idea of hurting her too painful to bare.

        These are just a few, I know they sound strange but if you do them regularly they are quite effective.
