In fact I posted something on this site similar but my cousin and I never dated. If you really want to forget him though.. you HAVE to stop 'chillin' with him :/ At least for a while until you stop feeling this way for good. If you keep seeing him, simple dynamics... your feelings towards him won't change duuhh..
Just tell him: 'I can't continue seeing you at least for a long while because I can't stop feeling that way about you...' hey, he might actually be like 'me too! wanna get back together?!' LOL
