Im i normal to want to be sad??

ok, i realy have a problem, i have a realy stupid habit, i like to be depresed, i do it all the time, i dont realy try to be like this but i seem to always get it, id rather be unhappy than happy, i realy dont know why.

Is It Normal?

  • Unhappiness isn't an action. It's normal to enjoy sadness, but not if you go out of your way to become sad. Thats just weird

  • it actually happens with me all the time...
    people ask me why i am so sad but that is just the way i am.
    may be because of so much tensions we forget to laugh once in a while..
    its a mindset that its always going to be like this..
    try watching this movie: The Secret (2006)
    should be more light and take it lightly sometimes!!!

  • I had the same problem.I was afraid to let myself be happy cos i was afraid of being hurt or dissappointed.But depression is an unhealthy state of mind.I agree that you find comfort in sadness but i guarantee if you try happiness you will love it.Dont depend on others or things to make you happy.Its all on you

  • It's human nature to want to hav sex. Trust me, you need sex. Sex releases endorphines your body needs. Look it up, dollface. If you are scared or dont want to rightnow, thats fine. Take your time, and do it when you're ready, with the right person.

  • I've known a lot of people who do this subcontiously. I think the fact that you're aware of it is what's most unusual.

    I think people who do this do it because they find sadness to be a sort of comfort zone to them. they know it well, and so it feels better to them in a wierd way.

    but the fact that you've become aware of it gives you the upperhand. take advantage of that and try to step out of your comfort zone.. and be happy for a change. :)
