(coming from an 18yo girl) This isn't normal! i can understand having some attraction to a beautiful young girl with a nice body no matter if she is your niece or not, however, you should know that if you are truly blood related, that is incest. Also, even if she comes onto you, you should have enough ethics to know to tell her she needs to stop, especially if your a lot older and are close with her mother and father that are also a part of your family.
