im always tired 24/7 is this normal?

  • No, this is not normal. There are many reasons for this. You could be anemic (low iron). Some of your vitamins may be way low (potassium, vitamin D, etc). This could also be due to the types of foods you are eating (fast foods and simple carbs such as soda, chips, burgers & fries can trigger a very rapid drop in energy after eating). Caffeine dehydrates your system which can cause tiredness (even though some think it is an energy-booster, it will eventually drop you quicker). You could have an increased amount of white blood cells which could mean several things. You could have sleep apnea. I would start drinking lots of water, eat good quality foods (protein, fruit, vegies), and see a doctor for some blood tests. Good luck to you.
