I can relate to this. We are basically the same. . . Except that I don't "like" so many things (maybe spend less time on Facebook?).
Also, I have a job... but it just became another routine thing to me (sleep, wake up, twitter, job, whatsapp, job, eat, shower, sleep).
We are throwing our days away with all this shit. I don't think that I have social anxiety though.. because I cut "social life" out of my routine.. because I get bothered by too many idiot people at work all day long and feel drained after my 11 hour workdays.
I don't need that shit. I just need my safe little hole. And Pokemon Go. And food.
