  • It is normal to think about death and wonder about all the things you mentioned. However, when it gets to the point of obsession, it is not so normal and not healthy. A therapist will be able to talk it all out with you and recommend ways to make it be less intrusive with your day to day life.
    It is an important topic to explore tho since we all end up there in the end.
