        If you have a legitimate problem with concentration, you shouldn't let people from the internet diagnose you.

        There are disorders where that is a symptom and available medications to help with the problem.

        Have you thought about seeing a doctor?

            If you have real problem with this, I think the best way to get help is to see a doctor if that's at all possible. They might be able to give you much better advice than people on here.

            You might need medication. My brother had similar problems, and recovered with medicine.

            I hope everything works out well for you and you get some help for your problem : )
