Wash it with water only and scrub it right with a towel, as often as needed. If you believe soap helps you get rid of oil, you are being fooled. It does on the immediate term, but it intoxicates your skin, making it secrete more and more oil in order to wash away the chemicals. Water and a towel work just fine. They won't put an end to your condition (just like soap won't), but if you do it frequently enough you should be able to avoid pimples almost entirely.
