They would ship them overnight so they would still be wet when they were delivered to the guy's house the very next day.
You would have to pack them in airtight vacuum sealed plastic bags to ensure the moisture stays intact in the panties and so the smell doesnt leak out and scare the post office and mailman away.
They cant be shipped on Saturday's because there is no mail delivery on Sunday's , so if sent on Saturday's , by the time they were delivered on Monday's they would be dried up and crusty.
