    If you are not blood related it really isn't an issue.
    But growing physical attractions to your sister may in fact cause you to go further and have retarded children, wait are you retarded? Ask your parents if they are related BEFORE marriage.

      Children born of incest aren't necessarily retarded or abnormal in any way, it depends on the genetic makeup of the people concerned.
