Intense exercise makes you really hungry. If you eat the wrong things after a work out then you will get fat

Diet matters way more than exercise for weight loss mate. Trust me I am a personal trainer. Intense exercises for 2 hours then eat a cheeseburger after and you're already working backwards. Training is key for muscle gain obviously but your eating to fucking much. It's the truth mate trust me, no exercise or way of working out will make you fatter, only eating too damn much!

    • But I not been eating bad. It really doesnt make any sense. I mean I could eat less but Im already not eating a ton so I not sure how smart that is.

If you are getting more chub, you are eating to much. I suspect you aren't actually getting fatter and it's more in your head, so why don't you weigh yourself and see if you actually are gaining weight. It is close to physiologically impossible to gain bodyweight in a calorie deficit. Trust me mate I train people, eat less!

Okay mate! Ignore the trainer and just keep doing what you doing! I have told you all you need know to lose weight you are just refusing to do it because you think you are not eating much when you actually are. You don't sound like the brightest mate from you grammer anyway so if you aren't smart enough to listen to me on this simple thing you deserve to be a fat ass.

Maybe its not the workout at all. You have to change your diet and lifestyle too. Some people "reward" themselves after a good workout with fast food. The one cancels the other out.

Very correct sir. I tell my clients all the time. The best exercises to lose the 'chub' is not eating for 3 sets of 5.
