Is it normal when i'm off my period i have this white goo in my underwear

ok well this started i'd say 2-3 years ago, when i'm not on my period there's this white goo in my underwear. it's not alot and it's not everyday. it's kind of snot like and white/translucent. i've been wondering if it's a sweat thing but i'm just not sure. and is there anything i could/should do about it?

    totally normal. all females have that vaginal lubrication. but if it's thick and strong-smelling, i'm pretty sure that's a sign of some kind of infection.

    Read up on ovulation. If it isn't everyday it isn't likely a yeast infection. If you are having odor or itching then maybe but otherwise you may just be ovulating.

    The vagina is a self cleansing organ, and the goo is a by-product of that process. Totally normal, as the above poster said, as long as it isn't thick or foul smelling.[sign of a yeast infection.]

    It's normal, it's just the vagina's natural lubrication, it helps to keep the vagina healthy.

    You can use pantyliners if you want to stop the goo getting on your undies though.
