Woah. I've heard of people getting off pretending to be a child, but that is some next level shit right there. Tell her you no want, or at least not 24/7... Wait... You left her alone for three days and she's still in child mode? You better check to see she hasn't injured herself or something.
My friend finally forced me to go with him back to my house this morning to find out what's been going on over there. The first thing that hit us when we walked through the door was the smell. Like urine and feces. The house was absolutely quiet too. It was like a horror movie. The kitchen was a complete disaster. There were cookies and cereal and the like all over the floor. Most of the cabinets were wide open. The fridge was ajar and the food was all spoiled.
The bathroom was the worst part though. My guess is that she'd pooped her pants and tried to flush her underwear down the toilet to try and hide it. Well, that didn't work, so the toilet overflowed. The bathroom happens to be carpeted too, so you can imagine the logistics of cleaning shit water out of carpet.
We moved to the bedroom and found her naked from the waist down and covered in filth, cowering in the closet like some skittish animal. It was very disturbing. I was able to get in touch with her old college roommate, who found her parents phone number. So they're flying up from Florida this afternoon to come get her.
She hasn't said a word since we found her. She's traumatized. I think I might have really fucked up this time. I shouldn't have left her there in the state she was in. At the very least I should've tried to talk to her about what was going on before I stormed out of the house.
We've been going together for about a year now. I feel like breaking up with her after this whole ordeal would be akin to dumping someone who just got a terminal cancer diagnosis. It wouldn't be right at all, and I'm not like that.
I'm picking her parents up at the airport tonight. I don't think they've seen their daughter for quite a long time. Since we've been together she hasn't spoken much about them or try to contact them that I know of.
It's going to be really awkward and uncomfortable when I take them back here. I cringe when I think about it. Me and my buddy are getting the house cleaned up so they at least don't have to be first hand witnesses to the severity of my girlfriend's episode.
She's a little better now though. I went out and bought her some milk and she's sitting on the couch cradling one of her stuffed animals. Clearly she is still under the delusion that she's a child.
IIN weird girlfriend problem

This better not be a troll post because it gave me the feels. I hope she's going to be alright. Are you going to stay with her or break up?
