Is it normal we were suppose to get a tornado and didn't and i am disipionted?

I have been studying various weather disasters and there was a report saying we were suppose to get a tornado. It never came and I literally sat and watched outside waiting to see if it hit and I never saw a tornado. I really wanted to see a big magnificent cloud form before my eyes. Is it normal?

    Sounds absolutely normal to me, but that doesn't mean it's OK.
    Wishing for a natural disaster to happen for your amusement, which could kill others and even you, is not really cool. Good thing all wishes don't come true.

    We can't have them here because of the place in the world I am, I think we are innoculated or somesuch, but yes, I'd be disappointed too, even though I knew we couldn't be infected by that kind of thing.
