Is it normal warheads got way less sour?

When I was little, I used to enjoy seeing how long i could keep warheads directly on my tongue. I would keep them on my tongue then put them into my cheek many times for one warhead. Now, I can keep them on my tongue until they melt with no problem. What happened?

    They have different levels of sour.

    If you eat enough, it ruins your tastebuds and they need time to recover. It’s acidic. Took me a few days or a week last time I ate a whole bag. And even then I think it has permanent effects that subtly change your ability to taste.

    Pallates also change as you get older.

    So yeah, you’re fine. It’s totally normal.

      I guess lawmakers figured it's more convenient to shoot somebody than to slowly choke them to death with chocolate?

      On an unrelated note, we also have laws against eating Cherry cobbler in public and eating fried chicken with anything except your bare fingers.

    Roughly speaking, children have considerably more working tastebuds than adults so it's normal for them to be more sensitive to the different tastes.

          Didn't remember it was Australian kid, but that makes sense as to why I'd heard it and others might not have. I just assume everything happens in America :P
