It is totally normal for a healthy young man to feel like this but obviously you'd be more comfortable if you were getting some regular sex.
What slightly surprises me is that you ask the question. Has someone suggested that it isn't normal, someone whose opinion you take seriously like a parent or good friend, or a priest, teacher etc.?
If so then you will clearly need a bit of time to adjust to the reality of the situation. If you aren't in a situation where you meet girls socially then try some internet dating.
Good luck!
my family is very strict, traditional, and religious, they place a high emphasis on education and career success, and they always say that relationships are a distraction so if I ever got a girlfriend I would have to keep it a secret because they would probably criticize me about it if they found out. I've never actually been with a girl, it's not even that I want sex so bad, I just want to feel loved, like I'm brightening a girl's day just by being in her life, just getting to know her and holding hands and being cute and feeling like I matter and showing her how important she is to me. I feel so lonely despite everything I have in life.
Then you're human. Your family values sound unnatural, deranged and sick, a very neurosis-making machine. You should seek for opportunities for meeting girls, it hasn't to be a bar or something like that (which I suppose you'd find stressing), but start going to movies or practicing some sport or taking classes in a new thing, I don't know, hang out with your friends, eventually you'll meet someone through them. I have serious reserves about internet meeting, but maybe it could work for you, who knows?
