It comes with using the site and getting to know the user base that you learn that those are all the same person. And if by a small chance they are not, they might as well be, because they act in an identical manner (following around specific users, constantly mentioning their names and joking about their mental state, having a "theme"/catchphrase.. I know you are probably too busy to notice but it gets annoying).
I'm not even sure what you'll consider inappropriate or not. I have reported a lot of them for constantly harrassing her and other users but it doesn't seem to go away, as they write their hateful insults in a way that would not be obvious to someone (mods) who don't know the full context. It's very cruel, and I don't even know Charlim personally but I have seen her post kindly, moreso in the past, and can understand why she'd be less respectful of this site these days based on how all the trolls are allowed to act.
He wont..he will just continue being clueless and siding with the trolls. Who knows maybe he will wise up and listen to the users who are helping support him....but I doubt that. We are all just numbers in his mind.

How do you know they're all the same person? Report all comments that are inappropriate and it'll get dealt with as best we can.
