      AY, I just saw a negative post, and i was able to add another negative to it. Maybe he LEGIT fixed the problems this time. Still testing it :)

      and I see you (or someone) was able to +1 me. I am not able to +1 anyone here though, even though I just gave 2 votes on other posts. Maybe you guys' accounts are compromised(?) I know you said you couldn't post topics from this account either.

          You are under 18, so you're not really allowed to be here. Plus, you've already been kicked off like 4 times before. And you have admitted to having multiple accounts for upvoting yourself and downvoting everyone else, so it could be that.
