I do exercises from this YouTube channel. For most of them, all I need is a set of dumbbells:

I'll do upper body workouts 2-3 times a week and on the other days, its lower body and cardio(alternating every other day).
I also have an exercise bike, an abdominal machine, an elliptical, and a weighted vest(most of which I got for cheap on craigslist) that I also throw into the mix.
