Is it normal to write many posts but never submit them?

By posts I mean threads, stories on IIN. I must have done this 15 or so times. And I'm only a month old user. That's approximately 40 paragraphs of written and deleted content

And it's not like it would bother me what people said or thought.

Is It Normal?

      If by "brainstorming" you meant subconsciously utilizing a technique of attempting to defragment inexplicable concepts and aspects pertaining to my life by writing them out, and deleting them when or if I arrive at a better or temporarily satisfying understanding of them...

    Funny I just made a post similar to this myself (not about posts to this site but whatever). I think it's normal; so don't sweat it too much.
