That doesn't mean much. If you go to russia or a muslim country, most -if not all- men will say that they are not gay or bisexual, but that doesn't mean there are actually less bisexuals than here.
Most guys I met are actually quite open about their sexuality, and I know much more bisexual guys than girls. Depends on the people you surround yourself with.
I know that a lot of men deny being gay/bisexual due to society's pressure (certainly in Islamic shitholes), which is terrible. However, I don't think you can attribute EVERYTHING to that.
IIN to wonder why women are much more often bisexual than men?

Oh, it is. Most guys get repulsed at the idea of being with another guy (including me, not that I have anything against gay/bisexual guys BTW).
