Is it normal to wonder if any women are turned on by glimpses up skirts?

Curious if women who are attracted to other women are turned on by inadvertant glimpse of panties in everyday situations .... when someone is crossing or uncrossing their legs, or in a gust of wind, etc.

Not referring to perversion of going out of the way to look up someone's skirt (I assume that's a thing with males only, and not all). Just wondering if the view is arousing when it happens unintentionally. I find accidental glimpses of panties to be very sexy ..... curious to know if any women feel same way.

is it normal for a man to wonder about this, and does anyone here have an answer? The question is not meant to offend anyone, and it is not about voyeurism.
